Green Gables Farm is located in Statesville, NC; just 2 miles from the Interstate, with the privacy of nearly 35 acres of property at the venue that creates a sanctuary-like feeling for you and your guests.
For out of town visitors attending your wedding, we’re located 50 minutes from the Charlotte Douglas International Airport. Additionally, there are multiple lodging options within four miles.

We support you on every step of the planning process with your very own Planning Portal, and your wedding day is no exception. Green Gables Farm team members are onsite to assist throughout the big day so you can be present and at ease.

Whether you’re hosting an intimate gathering or a big celebration, we can tailor your bar package to fit exactly what you need, exactly on your budget. You have the option to choose a Consumption Bar Package Bar, Cash Bar, Combo. or a Dry Bar.

Friday & Saturday: Bar concludes at 9:45 pm & Music concludes at 10:00 pm. Sundays: Bar concludes at 8:45pm & Music 9:00 pm.
Two Day Rental - A Pretty Sweet Perk Of Choosing A Friday
You have the option to add Thursday from 3:00 - 9:00 pm to your Friday rental for a $1,000 Thursday rental fee.
Decorate, rehearse, & have your rehearsal dinner onsite. If you add Thursday to a Friday rental you’re getting two days for the same investment as a Saturday.
This is a great option for many of our couples!
Weekday rentals (Non-holiday Monday - Thursday’s) are $4,250. Holiday weekends as shown on the Dates page

All of our All Inclusive Packages are fully customizable. Venue Plans your wedding with the following inclusions: Catering (cocktail & reception), Cake (dessert), DJ, Bar/Alcohol, Florals, DJ & Linens. Includes Coordination and amenities from Sweet Heart Package.

Micro - Wedding
At Green Gables Farm, we consider MICRO-Weddings to be up to 30 guests for a time frame of 3 to 5 hours.
Includes: Ceremony, Heavy Hors D’oeuvres, Cake, Linens, Bride/Groom Florals, Tables & Chairs, Table Decor & Arbor, Champagne Toast, Plastic Ware.
Micro-weddings are held on Tuesdays or Wednesdays if planned more than 3 months out.
We offer 3 different levels of packages.

Please Note
We require a $1m event insurance policy with Green Gables Farm listed as the additional insured through Nuptial. Approximate cost - approx. $240.
Pricing is subject to change at any time. Your contract rate and terms will be based on the date the contract is written, not the date of the tour. (Sometimes couples tour weeks or months before they book, or before we open a future year calendar for booking. If there has been a change in rate, the contracted investment/terms will be based on the date we wrote the contract, not the date of the tour.)
Green Gables Farm has no hidden fees. Linens are the only thing we offer in addition to our rental fee for an additional cost. (You don’t have to get linens through us - it’s totally optional.)
